Restricted content now more transparent.
When content is unavailable due to access restrictions or completion requirements, Moodle now provides clearer information about why an activity is locked and what learners need to do next. This helps reduce confusion and supports learner progression.

Other Improvements

Expanded support for AI integrations
In Moodle 5.2, AI integrations continue to expand with the addition of new providers, such as Google Gemini and Amazon Bedrock, giving organisations more flexibility and control over how AI is implemented across their learning environments.
Better defaults and first-time experiences
